1. Essential Birth Support Package

  • 2x prenatal planning visits, ~2 hrs each
    (including birth preparation & support writing birth plan)

  • Unlimited phone/text support in the lead up to labour

  • On-call availability from 38 weeks

  • Continuous labour support, home and hospital

  • 1x postpartum home visit, including birth debrief

  • Free hire of TENS machine

  • Free hire of labour props

  • Birth education books/resources on loan

2.  Essential Birth + TCM Support Package

  • Everything in Essential Support (2 prenatal visits, on-call from 38 weeks, unlimited support, continuous labour support, postpartum visit + debrief, TENS/props/book hire)

  • 2x acupuncture treatments for birth preparation, from 34 weeks onwards (includes moxibustion for breech presentation if needed) ~60 min each

  • 1x personalised TCM herbal tea blend for labour preparation

  • 1x personalised TCM herbal tea blend for postpartum recovery and/or lactation support

  • 1x postpartum mother warming treatment (acupuncture, moxibustion, and acupressure massage)

  • Ongoing TCM guidance for pregnancy and postpartum concerns as they arise

Acupuncture & mother warming treatment can be scheduled alongside your antenatal / postpartum visits for your convenience.

 

Postpartum Packages

 

3. Essential Postpartum Package

  • 1x postpartum planning call

  • Unlimited phone/text support in the 3rd & 4th trimester

  • 4 in-home visits, ~3 hours each (used within 6 weeks postpartum)

  • Birth debriefing

  • Newborn care and settling guidance

  • Breastfeeding support

  • Light meal prep and household help of your choice

  • Rest and recovery support for mum

4. Golden Month TCM Postpartum Package

  • 1x postpartum planning call

  • Unlimited phone/text support in the 3rd & 4th trimester

  • Everything included in Postpartum Essential Support
    (4 in-home visits ~3 hrs each, used within 6 weeks)

  • 2x postpartum mother warming treatments (acupuncture, moxibustion, & acupressure massage)

  • 1x personalised TCM herbal tea blend for postpartum recovery and/or lactation support

  • 1x personalised herbal yoni steam / sitz bath blend

  • Warming food and dietary guidance for nourishment in the first month

  • Ongoing TCM guidance for postpartum concerns as they arise
