• Everything in Essential Support (2 prenatal visits, on-call from 38 weeks, unlimited support, continuous labour support, postpartum visit + debrief, TENS/props/book hire)

• 2x acupuncture treatments for birth preparation, from 34–35 weeks onwards (includes moxibustion for breech presentation if needed) — approx. 60 min

• 1x personalised TCM herbal tea blend for labour preparation

• 1x personalised TCM herbal tea blend for postpartum recovery and/or lactation support

• 1x postpartum mother warming treatment (acupuncture, moxibustion, and acupressure massage) — approx. 60 min

• Ongoing TCM guidance for pregnancy and postpartum concerns as they arise

4. Golden Month TCM Postpartum Package

• Unlimited phone/text support in the 3rd & 4th trimester

• Everything included in Postpartum Essential Support
  (4 in-home visits, 3 hrs each, used within 6 weeks)

• 2x postpartum mother warming treatments (acupuncture, moxibustion, & acupressure massage)

• 1x personalised TCM herbal tea blend for postpartum recovery and/or lactation support

• 1x personalised herbal yoni steam / sitz bath blend

• Belly binding instruction and technique guidance

• Warming food and dietary guidance for nourishment in the first month
